Formally known as "The Armenian Cafe" located in Carlsbad for over 27 years changes both name and location. Located conveniently in the heart of downtown Vista off the 78 freeway, we are operating under the new name of SHAKS. Driven by the same desire to provide exceptional service and authentic food, we can't wait to serve you and your family.

OUR NEW NAME
Our new name is an abbreviation of our last name "Shakarjian". Traditionally a Armenian last name, our family has roots all over the middle east, primarily coming from Lebanon. Our family's original recipes are handed down from generation to generation with traditional and authentic Middle Eastern tastes you will love.
